Biography
David E. Guymon has been actively engaged in the practice of law in Illinois since 1975 and is a founding partner of the firm. Mr. Guymon brings a wealth of experience to his practice for the benefit of his clients. Mr. Guymon’s practice includes extensive involvement in the areas of estate planning, corporate law, banking law, commercial law, bankruptcy, foreclosures, collections, sales and acquisitions and real estate transactions, in addition to estate and trust administration.
